Our subscription service is billed in advance and is non-refundable. In the event of termination of your subscription, there will be no refunds or credits for partial months or unused months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

To ensure that we treat every customer equally, no exceptions will be made.
