Email Color Proofs in Seconds
What could be easier than creating and sending color proofs from inside EmbTrak?
The best time to send a color proof to the customer is when all the art is selected and colored for each position on each garment. EmbTrak let's the user select the threads and inks for all parts of the Sales Order. The person responsible to send the proofs clicks 'Emails|Design Proof' on the menu. This will open an Email template with the customer's name and email already entered. The program will also create a full color proof of every decoration/garment combination on the sales order and attach it to the Email template. Add comments, another other documents you wish to attach and click 'Send'. Done--without the hassle of opening outside programs to put together and send proofs!
