5.26 Release Notes

• Reports - The Main Menu option for Reports is now labeled Reports instead of Print.
  

• Edit Color History (Enterprise only) - There are now wildcare options on the Color History Get Screen for Color, Product, and CCCode.
  • Only the fields in your color matching will be enabled for searching
  • You can select a before, after, or both wildcard for each field.
    • Ex. to search for Design 12345, any color with “black” in it:  Enter 12345 for Design and black for Color,  checking the wildcard boxes on the left and right as shown below.  You’d get histories where Color = BLACK, RED/BLACK, BLACK/BLUE, BLACKBERRY, NIGHT BLACK, etc.
      • If you want only Colors ending in “black”, only check the box before the Color parameter.  You’d get histories where Color = BLACK, RED/BLACK, NIGHT BLACK.
      • If you want only Colors beginning in “black”, only check the box after the Color parameter.  You’d get histories where Color = BLACK, BLACK/BLUE, BLACKBERRY,.

• Sales Order Management - Clear Prices - If you use Product Pricing in EmbTrak, you may need to easily clear out all Product Pricing on a Sales Order. On the Sales Order screen’s Pricing Panel, there is a new Clear Prices button on the TotalProd$ line. Click this button to clear all Pricing on the Sales Order. 
  • This button will have no effect on the Sales Order unless it is clicked.  Once the prices have been cleared, the prices will have to be manually entered or the product lines reentered for pricing to be re-established.
  • Clear Prices will only affect the current Sales Order lines and will have no effect on the prices on Sales Order lines added in the future, Sales Order decoration pricing or the pricing on the products themselves (under Edit Products). 

• Planned vs Actual Hours by Embroidery Order by Machine report (Visual Scheduler and BarCode) - There are new columns on this report: Employee Name (employee who scanned the Start Operation for EM300) and Pieces/Head/Hour.  Avg Stitches/Min now prints Avg Stitches/Hour.
