EmbTrak's Production Management system delivers advanced control across embroidery, screen printing, DTG, heat press, and sublimation operations. EmbTrak Production Floor workstation operates at each group of machines, delivering a detailed, real-time schedule while capturing start and stop times and displaying the current order status and operation step for every machine.  The system eliminates the need for barcode scanning by recording activity directly at the source. It produces accurate, machine-level results throughout the day, providing a clear view of actual production performance.  This data feeds the “Actual vs. Plan” report, enabling objective measurement of performance for each operator and machine.
